Thank you for your interest in joining Dr. Campbell's. Our highest priority at Dr. Campbell's is the quality of care. Initial interviews are conducted by Dr. Dave Campbell. We will conduct a thorough license and degree verification, and referenced background check. No one will be considered for employment without carefully supervised evaluation/orientation day.
 
 Dr. Campbell's commitment to quality is implemented by ardent hiring practices, regular chart audits, doctor profiling, office audits, and excellent staff support.  We have excellent infection control, handpiece sterilization, workplace safety and emergency protocols.
 
 Dr. Campbell's quality of care is maintained through ongoing supervision, continual training, and grievance resolution. Every impression for crown and bridge is inspected centrally before being sent to a commercial lab. We demand clear strong margins and flawless impressions. Our documentation procedures are continually updated . Every periodontal diagnosis must be supported with full periodontal charting.  Our grievance process conforms to the highest protocols as established by the California Department of Managed Health Care, and allows Dr. Campbell to monitor the ongoing delivery of care for any lapses. Dr. Campbell conducts periodic educational and organizational seminars for all staff to provide clear direction and leadership in quality of care developments.
 
 Dr. Campbell takes pride in the stability and loyalty of his staff. Numerous employees have worked for Dr. Campbell for twenty to fifty years. Every office provides a secure comfortable working environment, in which our commitment to quality is well communicated and reinforced at every opportunity. On average our front office managers have been with the company for five to ten years, and every office has a registered dental assistant and denture lab technician.
 
 Each office has a managing dentist position. The managing dentist is responsible for insuring the quality and efficiency in each office. Dr. Campbell also maintains a stock setup of materials common to every office which allows some consistency of available techniques in each offices. A managing dentist may vary material choices based on preferences. Dr. Campbell also employs a few associate dentists at some locations. Dr. Campbell believes the ideal office size includes a maximum of two associate dentists. Associate dentists are evaluated with the same careful scrutiny and competence criteria as our managing dentists.
 
 Dr. Campbell prefers to hire on a full time basis. The employment offer will be quoted in a daily format, with incentive bonuses for quality and office morale benchmarks. The managing dentists receive a share of profit (partnership-like) contract for their offices. All full time dentists are offered a generous benefit package including paid vacations, holidays, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, occasional CPR training, malpractice insurance, 401K retirement plan, and excellent opportunities for advancement. Dr. Campbell pays from $300/day up to generous 6 figure base salaries depending on capabilities.
 
 Dr. Campbell believes in providing full time employment. Many in the industry are offering similar salaries for independent contractor positions. These positions may in fact provide equal or better physical pay checks at the end of each month; however come April when taxes are due, our employment pay checks will end up providing 20 to 30% more in "year end" compensation. As an illustration our offer of $350 per day is very nearly comparable to an offer of $400 per day if paid as independent contractor.
 
 Dr. Campbell's historical familiarity in the communities we serve, creates a healthy doctor patient relationship of trust and confidence. Dr. Campbell has maintained high standards in capitation contracting which have secured well compensated offices allowing good support for treating patients thoroughly. Dr. Campbell began Century Dental Plan to more carefully control our employer/patient contractual relationships. Our capitation contracts have fairly significant co-payments which allows full allocation of time and energy as needed. We offer generous credit to our patients to facilitate completion of treatment plans to create a rewarding and constructive practice. Additionally, Dr. Campbell has philosophically believed in our country's generous provision for the needy; therefore we have always participated in the fee-for-service Denti-Cal program.
 
 Centralization of specific functions has made Dr. Campbell successful. The centralization of billing, collections, payroll, claims processing, supervision, computer and facilities maintenance leaves our dentists to concentrate on delivery of excellence. The roles of Managing and Associate Dentists are carefully delineated with flexibility, which allows the office's quality control to have customized applicability to suit the individuality of each dentist and still allow standardization at levels which will meet and exceed community standards for now and the future.
